About Paul

Paul Harvey is a professor of management at the University of New Hampshire Paul College of Business and Economics. He has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Florida State University, an MBA from SUNY-Binghamton and a B.S. in finance from the University of Connecticut. He studies workplace perceptions, emotions, and behaviors with an emphasis on psychological entitlement and conflict. His research has been published in 14 books and 47 academic journal articles and has been featured by U.S. and international media outlets such as NPR, BBC Radio, Fortune magazine, and Fox News. In addition to teaching in the U.S., he has taught in Budapest, Hungary and around the world with Semester at Sea. Before beginning his academic career, Paul worked in corporate finance and co-owned a small home improvement company.IMG 0328

Outside of his academic work, Paul enjoys writing about himself in the third-person and tackling DIY projects far beyond his abilities. He is husband to a nurse on the front lines of the Covid vaccination efforts, and dad to a 4 year-old daughter named Isabelle.
